strategy
Tasks was our first company wide integration project across our 9 product lines. Athletes and staff wanted a single source to view all their action items that needed to be completed. The Teamworks Hub Tasks module served as the jumping off point to for athletes, coaches and admin to track and complete their tasks.

Overview
Tasks is a new module within Teamworks flagship product, Hub. Teamworks had acquired multiple products within a year and half and the company needed to look for new integration opportunities.
Organizations purchase our different product lines for operations, performance, compliance and all have different tasks that must be completed by athletes or staff. Missed tasks are extremely detrimental to the success in the team, can cause disqualifications or hefty fees.
This case study includes 3 separate Task initiatives.
The Problem
Athletes need to complete tasks in order to compete and were missing action items due to the number of apps they needed to juggle.
The Goal
Design a single jumping off point for athletes to check action items they must complete across our different apps. Allow engineering to start creating an API that would help integrations work seamlessly.
Create a place for administrators to create and manage custom general tasks.
Other Considerations
Tasks is expected to grow and so this was designed as a MVP. We really wanted to take the design, build, learn approach. The company acquired several companies throughout the duration of this project and the team to be flexible, both in the UI and the engineering.
We had the privilege of working with stakeholders from every product line.
